Monthly Workshops in Managing Remotely and Doing Great Web Demos

We are thrilled that along with our new look and feel, we are going to offer monthly opportunities for individuals to develop critical career skills.  We will be offering full, in-depth training workshops on how to manage and create strong, effective and successful virtual and remote teams. We'll also offer sales people and sales support Subject Matter Experts the chance to develop their skills and learn to use web presentations to shorten their sales cycles and increase their image.

How to Create and Manage Remote Teams is the same workshop offered to major corporations but designed for individuals and small groups who want to learn the skills necessary to function in the global and virtual environment.

Conducting Great Web Demos and Sales Calls is a program designed to help sales people understand the challenges of selling via web presentations and avoid data dumps and missed buying signals.  This program is delivered in two parts: The first part you'll learn the skills necessary to succeed, in the second you will present to your Greatwebmeetings instructor and classmates to get the coaching to reinforce those life skills.
