Conducting Great Demos
Software and capabilities demonstrations are powerful tools to engage your prospects and move sales forward, but too often they fail to achieve their goals.
In this program, participants will learn to:
- Analyze their audience and the dynamics of the sale
- Identify areas of particular interest and plan for special focus
- Use planningtools to organize their demo for the highest impact
- Use tools like application sharing, polling and to increase audience engagement
- Use effective vocal and verbal skills to check for understanding and objections
- Improvefacilitation skills
- Practice real demos,in real time.
They will receive coaching, feedback from their GWMC coach and their peers and be recorded for ongoing reference and reinforcement
Program length
This program consists of two on-line sessions:

1) A 90-minute instructor-led, webmeeting session with no
more than 10 participants, to learn the basic skills and become
familiar with the job aids

2) One of 3, 60-90 minute follow-up webmeetings with no
more than 4 participants per session. Participants are broken up into
small peer groups to l present their real demos in real time.
They are recorded for future reference and reinforcement and
receive coaching form their GWMC coach and their peers
